The 2024+ Toyota/Lexus unlocker distinguishes standard BA keys from B9 keys that use additional UWB authentication. Package contents, update options, memory and model-specific European restrictions are detailed below.
The 2024+ unit emulates vehicle keys through the internal CAN-bus. It stores vehicle data in internal memory cells and includes security-system diagnostics functions.
The scope of delivery covers the device and two cables.

Toyota/Lexus B9/BA Key System
B9-type vehicle keys differ from BA-type keys through an integrated additional user-authentication chip using UWB (Ultra-Wideband) technology.
- When using the key recording function with the original B9 key, all working features remain available.
- When adding a standard BA key to a vehicle equipped with the B9 system, the buttons on the key work, but the vehicle can only be started using the chip from the START/STOP button; the KEYLESS GO function does not operate.
- All Lexus vehicles manufactured for the European market are equipped with the B9 key system.
- Lexus vehicles manufactured for other markets, such as America or Asia, use the standard BA system.
- The device includes a built-in function for updating the key control unit in Lexus vehicles, changing the system from B9 to BA and recording a standard BA key with all working functions.
The device also records and adds keys. It can record an original new key for a specific vehicle or a prepared key from third-party manufacturers such as XHorse, Lonsdor, Abrites and Autel.
